Before real estate, Jesse spent over 23 years in the heavy civil construction industry, working his way from field project sites to senior management roles in HR, risk, and operations and compliance. He’s held positions that required strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work with people from all walks of life. Those skills translate directly into how he serves clients today.

Jesse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Executive MBA. He’s currently completing his Doctorate in Business not because a degree makes him better than anyone else, but because education has always opened doors he never expected. He believes in backing up what he does with both knowledge and integrity.
